To make your own profile, just make a new thread and place your profile in there. This is to help other people read up on your character, and for the leaders of a story to read up and understand your character.

You don't have to use this exact format, but we need to be able to understand your profile. You can include any information you wish to add yourself, like a history, powers or a mole you have on your cheek. Up to you on the exact presentation.

Character journals are to be made as a separate thread from your profiles. This journal can just be to keep track of what your character has done, or can be used to place your characters thoughts into, making them more real and believable.

How you use these journals, and what you use them for, is all up to you. You can place pictures of your character in these as well if you want to. it is your own thread to do with as you want, within Gaia ToS anyway.
