So it is indeed true, as sad as it may be. Placebo has been featured on the OC. The song "Running up that Hill" was played during the season opening. I'm kind of glad that they're getting to be more popular amongst Americans, but come on, it's the OC. There are so many places that would be better. No offense to any OC fans.

I think they were on One Tree Hill at some point too. They really could do better. I can't stand either show.

my mom watches that show so i watched it with her cause I knew Placebo would be on it. :B and when it played their song I sang along. and she tapped her foot.
Haha after it was over she kept asking "is this band Placebo?" when they played other music. xd

I looked up other music that's been on the show ( list) and whoever does the track has occasionally good taste. (Like, episode 4 having the Smashing Pumpkins biggrin , but episode 5 having the Black Eyed Peas xp )

Attrice I'm kind of glad that they're getting to be more popular amongst Americans Yeah, me too (but really only kind of). It was just about perfect already. With their European popularity, they were able to stay together while still being relatively unknown in American so I don't have to deal with an overabundance of obsessive fans(Completely selfish, I know.). They do deserve the new level of popularity though.

Wow, Whoever does the tracks for that show does have good taste. The yalso had "Bandages" by Hot Hot Heat on there too. I guess it's okay that they're playing Placebo. More placebo fans yields to more us concerts yields to happier me.

YES! I saw that and my jaw dropped. I was channel surfing and boom- hears Brians voice and some actor on screen. I Thought - this isn't a clip for 'Running up that hill' right? No sir-y bob. It's the ******** OC. I don't know whether I should laugh or cry. It is a good song after all gonk

Indeed we do, Placebo is that special tie that binds us all together and allows us to rejoice despite our differences.
