Calling all Villians; The council and I have been watching the activities of your nature, and have dicovered a rather disappointing discovery. our Plans do not seem to be up to normal standard. We all need to Brainstorm together to make plans which will Destroy the Heroes aswell as funding our cause. It needs to be something no one will expect, something big. Plan away. -Edit- Plans have started which doesn't mean you still cannot join in the councils plots Villians Council Part I

It needs to something that affects everyone, and use civillians as bate and hostages yet still keeping them in there own homes..

Lock-Up entered the council area and sat down.
"Sorry I'm late...I had a bird problem...but its fixed now" Lock-Up looked around the room then up to the speaker at the head of the table.
"Mmmm hostages...I love hostages....you can count on me to find a way to lock them all up"
Lock-Up grinned fingering his chain between his fingers.

Penguin himself huffed, leaning back in his chair, scowling bitterly, his thoughts running quite darkly. Yeah.. just like all the other times we've tried to get together to defeat the bat.. like Team Penguin and whatever else.. It never works. This is all a waste of my time. However, he kept those thoughts to himself for the while, just out of curiosity of what THIS villain had to say.

Aswell as some personal gain needed to seal the deal.
Aswell I suggest we poison the water supply and sell antidotes which we will not give as this will make us some money."

"You can count on me to poison the water supply," Ivy calmly said but her words had a sinister quality. "In fact, I've whipped up a new toxin I'm just dying to try!" she grinned.
Meanwhile, Mr. Freeze was just sitting in the dark corner, with his red eyes piercing through the darkness. He was listening to what the others had to say, only jumping in when he felt he needed to.

"I have a much bigger plan, but I want to see how well everyone handles smaller stuff before then, but the poisoning will be extrmely useful for number II. At the Moment this is all a bit of a test of talents, and there is much gain to be had. "

"We Place 50-100 explosives around Gotham, Cameras will be placed wathcing the explosives so we know when and if they are disarmed so we can set off the rest. Naturally we broadcast the event with our demands.
I suggest a few things"
He held out a list. It Read;
1- Riches we will decide on an ammount later.
2- Arkham prison to be opened and prisoners to be released
3- The super heros to hang up they're capes.
"It would be the town of dreams, I am also up for suggestions on some other demands, and if the city of Gotham does not Comply....
There wont be a Gotham...."
He paused.
"We will all put pressurised pads over our bodies in key places, so if the heroes try any thing we wont even need to push a button, and naturally we will broadcast the whole thing"
"This is but one of my plans... and if I cant do it myself I would want one of you too, but this plan is a little large with out funds at the moment, and of course every villianous act we complete an equal share in the profits."
