Teh Basic Crew Guide

Intro: Teh Basic Crew Guide, is a guide for Crew (Mostly New ones) to explain what crew can do, what the controls are, ect.

Crew Controls:
You will find the Crew Controls under the Moderator Panel in the guild(s) you are a Mod in.

Invite users to this guild

You can put up to ten usernames seperated by commas and invite them to your guild.

You dont have to put a Reason, put if you fill in the reason box they will recive that message along with the Invite.

View current join requests

When people push request to Join there Join request goes there, Crew Members may Accept or Reject from Joining the Guild.

View Crew activity log

You can view the Crew activity Log by clicking this.

When People are banned, Promoted, Topics are moved, deleted, when posts are deleted, Who and When (at the exact Time and Date) is listed here.

Fourm Controls:
In the Fourm you will notice you can do alot more than you could as a normal member.

Edit/Delete Other Peoples Posts

So you can inforce the rules and keep your guild from getting shutdown you have the Power to Delete/Edit other peoples posts, Dont Let this go to your head.

Move Topic

Incase someone posts thier thread in the wrong subfourm, you have the power to move it.

In the bottom left of every thread you will find this among other controls, it is the arrow.

Lock Topic

If you want to keep people from posting in a THread but you dont want to delete it or oyu want the captain to judge if it should be deleted or not you may lock the thread.

In the bottom left of every thread among the arrow and other controls it is the Lock.

Delete Topic

This is how you delete the thread, maybe it's against the guild rules, or it could get your guild closed down and it's against the Tos, or your just cleaning out the guild. Trust me captains get mad if you just decide to delete threads, I had a Crew Problem like this in the GGN Moderators' Guild and Some threads were lost.

It is amog the arrow and Lock, it is the X in the Bottom left corner of the Thread.

Permission to post in all Fourms

As Crew you can post in the Crew only subfourms of your guild.

Make Threads Stickys

As you may know stickys are right after announcments and appear higher up on the fourm, unless someone goes crazy with stickys they are always on page one and usaully at the very top, unless someone goes crazy with announments.

Make Threads Announments

Announments Come before stickys, and unless someone goes crazy with announments thier always on the first page, at the very very top, no thread higher.

Guild Member List Controls:
You have powers on the Guild list and here is what they are.

Ban Members

If a Member breaks the rules repeated times (Or he/she Just bugs you, lol) you can ban them.

Next to thier Names on the Memberlist is the ban button.

I hope your crew skills have improved, and this guide is the reason, well thats it.
