All of Shin-Ra, mainly the Turks.
Tseng and Rude are my favorites. cool Sure, Tseng's minor... but he's got this awesomeness to him that I adore quite a bit. Plus Tseng doesn't get much love, I'm afraid. Oh, and he's my hero for bitchslapping Aeris.

... I'm sure with the release of Crisis Core/Before Crisis we'll get to know more about the fearless leader of the Turks.
