The large lake stopped flowing, for Darrow needed to pay it's bill again. The river quickly lowered in level a bit, as officials quickly sent out emmisaries with money to pay for their water. Darrow hated Fellwood for this reason. Some say Darrow was trying to get help from Gold Digger to take the land around the lake, and would pay him in recources. As if he didn't have enough.
