Half of the Sea of Flames was cut off between Arrorikar and Vordamire. The lower regions of the Sea was larger, and more expansive than the northern. It was also warmer than the northern parts, and held different types of creatures in it's depths. It was also more dangerous to say the least, with serpent-like see monsters swimming through the deep waters.
