Well, cutting veggies is fine. biggrin As for cutting yourself on purpose, I don't think God would like that very much.

why not? i'm not killing myself. it's not like you're trying to kill yourself. i'm it's just balancing my someone's emotions. i read an article about it.

I've still got scars. plenty of scars. Trust me there are other ways to releive pain. i have been able to stop cutting throught prayer and effort. and i have seen others do the same. your boday is a place fro got to live, i'm not sure he'd like the outside all slashed up. (where are you cutting just out of curiosity)

If your body is a gift from God as it would be created in his likeness, it would be dishonoring him to cut yourself.

God would definitely not approve for a number of reasons:
First off, He created our bodies as a temple. By harming your body, you are in a sense harming the temple of Christ.
Secondly, He does not want any of us to suffer. Instead of spending time cutting, turn to God for help. He knows how difficult our lives can be, and He is always with you. Pray always. Period.

God says that you should not harm your body in any way. Your body is the temple of God, so you should not destroy it.

Most everybody is sayign that you shouldn't cut because we're the body of Christ and whatnot..
What about the fact that God is supposed to take away our pain, not a blade?
