D-rank missions = 1
C-rank missions = 2
B-rank missions = 4
Training Posts are all the posts you make in this subforum.
To get the points for training posts you take all the posts in your thread and divide by 10.
All Posts refers to any post that you have made in the entire forum.
Find your post count on the member list and divide by 15 to get your points.
