How, do you ask, does one's name appear on this list? For that answer, let us take a look at the general rules for PMCJ. If any of those rules are broken a maximum of two times, you're goin' on the list, buddy.
Here are the names of people who have violated PMCJ's rules more than once. Since they are on this list, that means that they can NOT participate in any of the contests and special activities going on in the guild. Yes, they can remain a member of this guild, and they can do everything a normal member can do--except participate in all contests and special activities. After one year is up, their name is automatically taken off the list.
And yes, it is possible to get your name off this list before one year. If you are genuinely sorry for the offense(s) that you committed, and I can see that you are, I'll take you off the list. But don't go and try to fake sincerity. I'm like a bloodhound. I can easily detect a rat, so don't even try to play me.
