The New Champion
A Next Generation [NG] Angelic Layer Roleplay
Rules/Breakdown
Note-The rules for this will be fairly complicated, so make sure to read everything clearly.
I know that everyone wants to win, and that everyone wants to be the new champion of Angelic Layer. But, unfortunatly for you, that's not the way it works.
For each battle, official or for fun, you will use the roll dice action. The person with the highest number on their post will win that fight. Here's how this will work.
Player one will post an entry with their Angel's entry phrase and in the same post use the Roll Dice Action.
Player two will post afterwards and repeat the same method.
If you happen to roll the lower number, then don't just wimp out and roleplay lamely because you know that you're going to lose. That's no fun for anyone! Clear? Good, moving on.
There will be four levels of battle.
The Preliminaries-Three losses are allowed before you are eliminated. If you make it through five fights without losing three times you will move on to...
The Semi-finals-Two losses are allowed here. Players will fight on landscaped layers during the semi-finals. If you make it through five fights with less than two losses, then you move on to...
The Finals-One loss is allowed here. If you lose once, then you are out entirely. The number of fights here will depend on the number of people that join in the roleplay. If you pass the finals, there will hopefully be only two people left. These two will fight it out in...
The Championship Match-The two remaining players will fight it out for the spot as the new champion!
Now...onto some basic rules...
Also, please be semi-literate. I don't think I need to describe this for you.
No Godmodding or Autohitting. It's unfair. An example of this would beQuote: Angel Smith charged Angel Joe and hit him in the stomach, he then knocked him out of the layer.
You can be two characters. You may not be two original characters or two cannon characters. You can be one original and one cannon.

Just because it is an Angelic Layer roleplay, does not mean that every thing that goes on has to deal with Angelic Layer. You can have your characters walk around town, interact with your opponents on and off the layer, go practice at Piffle Princess, or maybe get into an unofficial battle! The choices are unlimited! Now go off, and have fun!

She is a little less serious then Hatoko seems though, and enjoys a good laugh. other(optional)- She's quite competative, and seems to take on her more serious side when in the layer. Miwako is also quite the fan of video games. angel name- Isolde angel appearence- Isoldelightweight or heavyweight- Lightweight offensive or defensive- Offensive speed or strength- Speed. special skills- Isolde can jump great heights, speeds, and distances due to her lightweight/speed build, and when she attacks, it's more like dancing, much like Athena. other(optional)- Miwako will sometimes refer to Isolde as Issie. remicchi username- remicchi name- Claudia Sumi age- 16 appearence- [x]personality- She was always interested in studying boooks until she discovered Angels. When she moved to Japan several years ago becuase of her father's job and family, she lost many of her freinds. She completely emerged herself in the game. She created a mature and cold mask, though reverts to the childish and playful personality she once had when alone with her doll. Her greed for knowledge is more important to her than her family is her biggest downfall. other(optional)- She nicknamed herself the White Shinigami, and only uses that name online or with Shiori. angel name- Shiori angel appearence - [x]lightweight or heavyweight- lightweight offensive or defensive- defensive speed or strength- speed special skills- Claudia often has Shiori attack in a series of swift punches and kicks, secretly called the kamikaze. Yoko Suzumiya rolled her face into her pillow upon hearing the alarm that signaled the time for her to wake up. Today was the the last day of school, it was a Friday, before tomorrow's Saturday Angelic Layer Preliminaries! Yoko was excited for the battles, and she felt as though she was a shoe-in for at least the semi-finals. Her and Carlie were well known for being tough opponents in the area.
Yoko's major focus right now, other than her schooling, was Angelic Layer. She, like majority of the other players out there, wanted to one day fight, and beat, Misaki Suzuhara, the champion of Angelic Layer.
"I won't get better just laying here in bed." Yoko said to herself as she pushed her alarm off and she climbed out of bed.
She pulled on her school uniform and after going through her usual morning routine she pulled the delicate Angel out from where it sat on top of her bookshelf and she cradled it carefully in her arms.
"We have to practice more this afternoon."
Yoko ran to her kitchen and grabbed a pop-tart before she headed out the door to go to her school, Eriol Academy.
Hatoko Kobayashi was already up and about when she glanced at the clock and realized that it was time to head out for school. Sighing she glanced down the hall.
"Kotarou! If you don't get up now, I'm leaving without you." After several moments of waiting Hatoko shook her head and grabbed Suzuka off of the table. "I'm leaving!"
The young girl held Suzuka in her hand and left the house. As she walked down the sidewalk she gently ran her hand along Suzuka's hair.
"We won't lose this year, will we? Not to anyone." I just hope that I'll get to fight Misaki again.
