tokyopop tends to try risier manga. i've been 50:50 on the desiscion but that i realized that more good ones came from tokyopop. names escape me now, but i would like to introduce another publishing company

I like both companies and the other smaller (or not) companies of manga and anime world wide. I honestly have read more of viz's stuff though.

I am 50/50 on that one, though I tend to go to Tokyopop more. I find its more of an "Authentic" Style of manga. More true to the original versions in Japan. Viz on the other hand tends to be more Not only translated, but altered content wise for the Western reader. But Viz is cheaper on the long front. But, when paying for TokyoPop Manga, you are not flooded with adds to buy other manga, or magazenes. Each brand has thier own pros and Cons. Its a tough call but being they both have manga I like, I stick with both smile

It's kind of hard to choose, but I think I like Viz more, because of Full Metal Alchemist, Naruto, Case Closed, and others.
But Tokyopop is cool too. I have Chibi Vampire and Secret Chaser.

Hmm... I like both equally, but I voted Tokyopop because most of the manga I own are from that company. And, Fruits Basket is my favorite manga, and it's by TP.

Tokyopop Has more Manga...I think. But People Tend to like viz better. Tokyopop, I think, picks really good storylines but then they pick some really ugly art. And Viz is sort of picky with what the choose. Both in the art and storylines. But for me It's viz all the way.
