this hidden village was not destroyed do to the fact that they are on a floating island the only way to the main land is to focus ones chakra into the stone tablet at the village entrance by using a jutsu only known to the hidden Twilight ((and now the cloud kage)) this jutsu makes a rainbow bridge appear connecting the bridges on the floating island and the main land.
((to get from Twilight to cloud cross here))
((only cloud kage and Twilight villagers may cross these borders))
((the bridge disappears after everyone is safely on land so this is not an rp area))

Nehan carefully carried Rin-chan off of the bridge as it vanished from sight. They were now home where Rin-chan could be treated for her injuries.
