HALO: Operation XGR-13-571 Guild Rules. (Credit to Norijitsu.)

I. The Beginning.
The story starts with the beginning of the SPARTAN-II Program and the birth of the MJOLNIR armor designed by Kathleen Halsey. 76 recruits from the ages of 5-7, undergo rigorous training to become the best soldiers ever made. When the recruits aged to 14 years, they underwent surgery for physical enhancements for their new armor. But only 32 of the recruits survived. Because of a witty move back in training, 117-John has been ranked highest of the other SPARTAN recruits. Their first successful mission was that of infiltrating a rebel asteroid field and taking out rebel traders. After the first encounter of the first Covenant forces at Sigma Octavious V, the final phase of the SPARTAN program went underway with the MJOLNIR Mark IV Armor. All 32 SPARTANs took off on a protection mission of the other colonies making sure the brand new threat would not reach Earth.
On a special mission, SPARTAN-117 And 17 of the other SPARTANs were sent to overthrow a Covenant vessel and bring it to the main Covenant Base and wipe out their leaders, The Prophets. Aboard the newly modified Halyon-D class cruiser The Pillar of Autumn, The 17 SPARTAN?s went their separate paths in 3 teams. Only 117, The Master Chief and the wounded SPARTAN Linda Were left aboard the Autumn to face Covenant boarding parties. Linda was injured in their last encounter with the Covenant and was put in cryo-sleep. She was evacuated safely with the rest of the Escape pods. The leader of the Autumn Capt. Jacob Keyes found a new type of world. Not a planer however? This was a ring. A single ring that looked like it enclosed Earth like terrain on it. With the Covenant on his ship and he needed to help the ships AI, Cortana off of the ship, Keyes made a desperate attempt to crash the Autumn on the ring world. He escaped with his crew on the ring world which the other marine companies nicknamed Halo.
On Halo, The Master Chief, Cortana, and Keyes venture for a way to get off the planet. With marine companies and unlimited air support, they quickly found a place to make camp and ironically, it was one click away from the Autumn.
THE NEXT PART WILL BE BLANK BECAUSE EVERYONE HAS PLAYED HALO AND HALO 2 AND IF YOU HAVENT, THEN YOU SUCK.
After the destruction of Halo, The Master Chief decides to carry out his mission and tries a desperate First Strike. Dr. Halsey sedates Kelly (SPARTAN-087) and steals a ship, escaping randomly into slip space. (Or so we think.) The story begins with Dr. Halsey going home to Helgard to finish the SPARTAN-III program and show them to the Covenant, eventually destroying the ring and any others.
II. The Basics
Now most of you will think this is one of those retarded RP's with no rules what so ever. Well if you did think that they you're retarded and should go jump off a cliff. Now, the Weapons are the first thing Norijitsu will cover.
1. The MD6 Pistol
The MD6 is a standard firearm for all marine personnel. EVERY MARINE WILL HAVE ONE!!! The MD6 shoots 10 shots and you can carry 8 clips. The Pistol does have a 2x scope and you can pistol whip things, BUT NOT YOUR FELLOW MARINES MORON!!!
2. M9 HE DP Fragmentation (Frag for short) Grenade
These little buggers pack quite a punch, you can only take 5 of these unless you have a sack to hold them in, can hold 10. They have a 3 second timer so it wont be like:
He threw a grenade and it blew up
It's more like:
He threw the grenade and ducked to the side and waited. Then he was rewarded by a sharp explosion.
This is the same for the plasma except it has 4 seconds.
3. MA5B Battle Rifle
The Battle Rifle is (in my opinion) the best solution to tight situations. With 2 types of rounds (Shredder and Piercing) and a hard back to it, it takes care of a big enemy easily. The MA5B has 60 rounds and you can carry 30 magazines. IF YOU RUN OUT OF AMMO YOU MUST DISPOSE OF IT. MAKE DUE WITH YOU MD6 OR FIND A COVENANT WEAPON ON THE GROUND.
4. SMG
The SMG is like the Uzi of the military. Firing 60 rounds at a rate of 5 per second. This weapon is Duel wield capable and you can hold 120 clips. NOTE: The SMG Has a feature come to known as the (Bullet Hose Effect.) The rate of bullets coming out the barrel makes the SMG move upwards an inch per burst. So aim below the target's chest to make the effect useful.
5. M19 SSM Rocket Launcher
The M19 is the portable Anvil-II Launcher. It has double tube capacity and 5x scope. You can only carry 4 rockets with you.
6. SRS99C Sniper Rifle
The SRS has a 1.5 ft. long barrel and Fiber optic scope capable of 20x magnification. The sniper rifle holds 17 rounds and you can carry 6 magazines.
Now that's all Norijitsu going to explain. The covenant weapons will go unmentioned because they are an alien technology and have never been researched. Now we go to How to role-play.
III. How to role-play
Now the art of role-playing is very simple for most. Role-play basically means that you pretend you are a character and do the actions of that specific character. The first thing Norijitsu going to explain are actions.
1. The actions
Now to have you character move or commit an action. Doing this makes the role-playing experience better. Now what I mean by *An action* is basically explaining an action you wish your character to do. Like for example,
*He ran down the hall*
See? Easy. Now that was a simple action and since you stated it, others will imagine your character running down a hall. Now to try something more complex like firing your weapon and dodging plasma balls.
*Firing his MD6 Pistol, Joe then ducked behind a wall avoiding a plasma blast by inches. *
And there you have it. You have just learned the number one rule of role-playing,
But just remember, you're not invincible.
2. Rules of damage
There is NO way that you can become INVINCIBLE! If you try to be INVINCIBLE? You shall be slaughtered. Now damage has 3 simple rules?
Rule one: If you become seriously injured you must wait back behind the battle lines. Then wait for Dust off.
Rule two: If you are injured (Which means large gash, bullet wounds, plasma burns and other light to medium damage) then report to the field medic to get it cleaned up. But if you're not near one, all marines have emergency Biofoam kits.
And finally, Rule three: If you do get killed? You just go back to HELGARD. And don't worry about it; you'll just be reassigned.
3. Enemy movements
Now a lot of the time most people make their foe's suck a**. Well here if you do that you will be banished. In the game Halo the Covenant aren't just some pushovers; they are hard-core fighters. For example?
*Joe dodged another plasma bolt from the Elite. As he moved to the left, the Elite charged and swung at Joe's head. Joe ducked and narrowly missed it then unloaded his MA5B into the alien chest. It fell dead in a pool of its own blood. *
In the Action above, I used the combination of the things Norijitsu just taught you. And there you have it! YOU HAVE THE BASIC WAY OF ROLEPLAY!!!
IV. Ranks
Now your rank goes by either,
1. How well you roleplay during the test after posting your profile.
2. If I or LAAG think that you have improved your Roleplaying skills considerably.
Now for the game sake, I will appoint High officers. These people will be either the first to join or crew members. Now for my information I would like you to put you rank in your signature. Now on for the SPARTAN-II's and SPARTAN-III's.
Now with the SPARTAN's its different. When you're a SPARTAN, You have command from the Ensigns down to the Privates. But the thing is NOBODY CAN BE MASTER CHIEF!!!
V. SPARTAN-II and SPARTAN-III system
With the SPARTAN system, you are more powerful than 2 Scorpion tanks. When you become a SPARTAN that means you have been chosen because you're the Best of the Best. I may select you to become a SPARTAN when you're a private. You never know. Don't get your hopes up though.
The SPARTAN MJOLNIR Mark IV is the second strongest armor built by mankind, the SPARTAN MJOLNIR Mark IX is the first. Plus it has an energy shield. Now their damage goes on a different level. For instance,
*Joe tried to avoid the plasma blast but it splashed against his energy shield. As his HUD went red*
With SPARTAN?s You must include how powerful the hit and your shield level. And remember, your shields regenerate. So don't panic, it wasn't what you were trained for.
VI. Putting it all together
Congratulations! You read this entire thing without falling asleep! Good job solider. Now for the last and final part. Your specialization. Now each marine has his job. It might be demolition or scout but they help get the job done. You can be many things EXEPT FOR SHIP CAPTAINS!! That part comes later. So in the Sign up List thread you post what specialization you are and I'll see if we need it or not. SO! Grab you Grenades and Rifles boys! HUNTIN? SEASON IS OPEN!!

Rules of conduct
No swearing at other players

Swearing IS allowed but it must not conflict with the 2nd rule.

The Consequences for most of these rules (with the exception of swearing at others) is ejection from the guild. You character will be deleted and you would have never existed.
Some occasions however there maybe a court marshal. And a Demotion of rank. That?s only if your lucky and I think your cool.
