"Discipline is the soul of an army. It makes small numbers formidable; procures success to the weak, and esteem to all." -George Washington

Marine Profile:
[Marine]
Marines are the backbone of the UNSC's ground forces. Dropping into hostile territory, securing beachheads and taking the fight to the enemy, the Marines live up to their credo: "First to Fight." Unfortunately due to the tenacity and power of the Covenant forces, this also means "First to Die." UNSC Marines are equipped for battle with helmet mounted tactical displays, lightweight armor and a cache of gear and supplies. Marines are expert with a number of different weapons and are skilled operators of the UNSC land based vehicles. The squads of Marines who fought alongside Master Chief during the battle on the Halo ring construct were instrumental in achieving victory and the troops tasked with defending the cities of Earth will have a chance to prove themselves once again.
Requirements: None
Orbital Drop Shock Trooper Profile: (ODST)
[ODST]
The toughest of the tough, the 105th Orbital Drop Shock Trooper (ODST) Division, also known as "The Hell-Jumpers" is an all-volunteer outfit called upon for difficult incursions into hard to reach locations. They have a reputation for being Ruthlessly efficient both in and out of the field. They are the best of the best, second only to the Spartan super-soldiers. While the 105th isn't the only ODST Division, it is the best, and any Hell-Jumper will be the first to tell you so. It takes a certain type of crazy to join up with them, but then again, one would have to be somewhat crazy to strap into a HEV (human entry vehicle) and be shot into space from an orbiting star ship, burning through the atmosphere to a hostile environment below. The reason it's an all-volunteer outfit is because of the risk. The HEV aren't perfect for entering a planets atmosphere. It will always get rather hot in those things, and can be lethal in some cases. Due to the heat and pressure many things can go wrong. They can take more damage than regular Marines, and are slightly more skilled with weapons handling. Also, if this reason suits you, they look much "cooler" than other Marines. ODST's also have been trained to survive without resupply for up to four weeks while still maintaining Combat efficiency.
Requirements: Send The Hegemon a PM with a very good reason as to why you think you should be a Helljumper. If he finds it acceptable, he will give you a simple test, which will be the final determining factor in your placement.
