Welcome to the city of Drackenfeld. May you find many riches, and enjoy your stay. Be careful, and obey the law.

In the middle of this city, an odd, but farmilliar sight could be seen. A carraige with the front open was in the center of the marketplace. A large sign on the top read 'The Wanderer's Shop.' A smaller sign on the door read 'Shoplifters will be beaten to a pulp and their valuables sold at half price'. Many odd items were inside this shop, from pocket waches to lamps. Even a few weapons and pieces of armor were there to be sold. Behind the counter was The Wanderer himself, his face half hidden by his large hat and scarf. He had a goofy grin on his face as he waited for a customer.

A bald mercenary with a gotee looked up from his chair, seeing the Wanderer ride through the gates. He got up, his cloth armor moving with his motions as he walked over to the carriage. "Rabbit-Man!" He yelled up at the driver, to get his attention. "Stop your cart, I wish to see your wears." He explained, a large grey cloak on his backm the hilt of a Falchion sticking out like a sore thumb.

Shayla slowly walked the streets of Drackenfeld, the hood of her dark green cloak over her face. The mane of silvery hair was still visible, and she didn't seem to make a big effort to conceal it. However, anytime the hood of her cloak would slip a bit, she would almost immediately pull it more over her head. It could be quite obvious that she was hiding something if someone were to keep an eye on her, but no one who passed her seem to give her a second glance. She didn't quite know why she had decided to come into a city, where she could very well likely be wrested and thrown out...

Or worse.

The cart was already stopped, the front open so people could come right in. Nicolo looked at this mercenary and smiled. "A customer! Welcome, welcome, what might I interest you in? A sword? A shield? Something for the damsel in distress?" Next to The Wanderer was his trusty wooden warhammer, incase someone decided to steal from him. That had only happened once and he gave that thief a broken arm and two cracked ribs.

A creature that looked somewhat like a rabbit in form caught Shayla's attention. Her brilliant forest green eyes couldn't help but stare at this strange-looking merchant. She wanted to stop and examine Nicolo from afar, but felt awkward in those types of situations. She kept walking, managing to take her eyes off of the merchant. Shayla began to figure that it would be too risky to stay in the city much longer...
She was afraid of what might happen if she stayed.

The bald man was about to speak, but then turned, seeing the green cloak and how she seemed to be looking down a bit, that or the cowl was too long. He also saw the white hair, which was unusually pure, not the greyish white of an elderly person. He looked back at the rabbit man "Do you sell sleeping poisons?" he asked quickly, moving his hands in a way to tell him he wanted the info fast.

There was probably a good bounty on drow.

The Wanderer read this gesture and reached under his counter. He took out a pack of 100 darts of this poison. Knowing his customer was in a hurry, he'd up the price, knowing that the customer probably had no time to argue. He put it on the counter. "Six hundred gold please!" It was one hundred over the normal price.

He grabbed ten out of the quiver, loading one into the hand crossbow on his belt, which was now on his hand. he quickly dropped sixty gold onto the counter, grabbing up the darts and putting them into his belt pouch. "I only need ten, sorry." He simply said, raising his hand as some of the pedestrians caught on, and moved out of the way silently.
Click, shot the crossbow, at the suposed drow.

The Wanderer smiled, knowing he could easily buy ten more and make a profit fromt hat sale, so he had n complaints. He just put the other ninty back and pocketed his gold. "Pleasure doing business with you!" He had a big goofy smile on his face.

Shayla began feeling uneasy, as if something bad were going to happen. Almost out of reflex, she swept towards the exit of the city. She didn't like it there, and nor did she like any other city or town for that matter. At the speed she was walking, her hood slipped back a bit, revealing her ebony skin. She stopped and slipped the hood back over her head, her heart pounding. Did anyone see that? Was the question that was running through her mind repeatedly.

Damn! Missed! he thought, grabbing another one from his pouch as he reloaded the string with his finger. Someone dropped seconds later, though he kept going past them. He rose his hand again, running with it outstretched.
Click went another shot, off wide though, since the hand was dropping to the floor.
The human man fell back, screaming with pain, but instinctively rolled away, out of the way of a stab from another Drow, a mercenary from the glances he got as he rolled. The human got up, pulling out his flachion with his left, weaker hand. He had a great grip though, so he could still use the two handed weapon better than most could.

The Wanderer just watches with a grin. Sixty gold and a nice little show. Plus, no one could blame him for anything. He was completely allowed to sell that. If someone wanted to misuse them, it wasn't his fault. He sighs happily, glad that he made a sale. That, minus the cost of ten more darts, would pay for a nice dinner*

Shayla turned her head and saw the commotion from the corner of her eye, and without thinking, she turned around to watch. What in the Nine Hells is going on? She thought to herself, backing up a few steps. Her hand went to the hilt of her flamberge, not truly intending to join the tiff, but she had a feeling she might need her sword.
