The second layer of hell, conected with all the others, as is all the others, is a large flat platform above The First, where thousands upon thousands kill eachother and die over and over. Debbol, Lord of the Second, controls the region. He is the Devil of Chaos and War, and controls one side of the battle every so often. That side usally wins, only to die later on in another battle, or if he wishes to kill them himself, right after such wars. The First layer's pillars stem through every single one of the Nine Hells, exept for the Ninth, so the pillars in the Second are used to hold and torment the Warriors, even after and before they fight.
