The first layer of the Nine Hells, this is where the lesser sinned souls go, or souls that are about to be taken out of The Hells. People here have less than 100 years of torment until they leave. The ruler here is Cibboc, Lord of the First. The Plane was named after him, of course, as was all the others. This hell is a set of giant fiery gates, where behind it giant collumns of brimstone hold many prisoners and torture chambers.
