The Fiendish Plane of Evil. As said, it is the plane in which all evil beings, Evil Outsiders, that is, come from. It brings evil and Negative Energy to existence, and brings a balance, when taken in hand with the Plane of Positive Energy. Negative Energy takes the life of mortal beings, good beings, and anything besides the Dead and the Undead. For those excluded, it brings... life to them, or at least empowers them. Some creatures get their powers from this realm, such as Shadow Dragons, who's breath weapon pours out a shadowy form of such Negative Energy. Though many would say this realm is uneeded, or a bad thing, without it the world could not exist.
