Unlike the Order Plane, this one had jagged rocky towers, huge jails or torture areas, and sometimes moving land. Things would float and drop to the ground, things would change from solids to liquids or gasses and the like. These were norm in the Plane of Turmoil, as well as demons and Outsiders that held such descriptors. Unlike the Order Plane again, there were almost never a good or orderly outsider born from here, the call of Evil and Chaos being too strong a will.
