The Plane of Order was made up of very ridged structures and buildings, mostly. Huge cities covered the ground, Imperial rule being the biggest government that was held here. Guards and Peace Keepers were almost everywhere, considering all of the Natives were such Peace Keepers. Anyone who didn't want to follow their rules, would have to leave or become an outlaw. There were, on occation, misfits native to this realm, and such a misfit's parents would be punished, for not bringing them up right.
