The plane was an endless ocean. it never stopped in depth, and never stopped in mystery. No one knew what and how much of 'what' lies in the Plane of Water, only that Frogrost lives in the frozen part in the largest glacier in existance. Water Elementals and all water based spells have originated here, as do the other Fire and Earth and Air elementals and spells, repsectively.
