ARRR! S'nearly All 'allow's Eve, an' this here pirate is a true lover 'o costumes 'n trickery.
SO - in 'onor 'o this time a year, we'll be holdin' a li'l Costume Contest.
There'll be two categories:
1. Pirate (duh). But on yer best pirate garb an' show us yer fabulous sea-worthy fashion sense.
2. Miscellaneous. Be creative - I wanna see vampires, werewolves, pixies, etc.
Here be the rules:
1. No generated avatars. Ye must create yer costume with what'er ye've got in yer inventory (borrowing items from friends is fine).
2. Post "ARRR!" in this thread while wearin' yer costume and screencap it. Try teh crop out any extra stuff (just show your avi at regular size, with "Arr!" showing - cut out the rest. If'n yer not sure 'ow teh do it, just PM me the screencap an' I'll do the work.)
3. Only one entry per category. (Technically, if'n ye've got two different pirate avis, I'll take it - one fer best pirate an' one fer Misc.)
Deadline is October 30th, 2006.
Voting will be held October 31st.
Prizes to be announced. pirate
(Don't worry, they'll be well worth the effort. I'll post 'em in the next day or two!)

seems the contest never went through actually due to a lack of participation of the guild. you really cant have a contest with a total of 5 people present, voters and participators...
