She walks in and noted the grungy ness of the room and the fact that most of it is quite empty and beaten up. She sighs and pushes up her non-existent sleeves. "Looks like some exorcisms are in order for the unruly ones..." she looked around and her eyes see those that have taken advantage of this room as a temper tantrum room. The spirits dissipate and the coldness seems to ease. as the evil feeling vanishes...mostly...she gets to work straightening and cleaning up.

Phan looked up and brushed her hair from her face. her red eyes cought on the girl and she raised a hand. "Yo." She stood up streight and emptied the cobwebs and other assorted dussties into the nearby trashcan and then turned to face her. she reached around behind her and took off the cleaning apron. "Hey there new girl, Aria. Wllcome to the dorm." She spread her arms wide and the four ghosts occupying the room waved to her from the corners of her vision.
