Read this article, and post your thoughts. If you don't really wanna read it's basically saying that the Uninted States government is going to punish those with prescriptions for medical marijuana, the government is full of uptight assholes.

I smoke illegally anyways so it really doesn't effect me, but then again it's going to make the actual legalization of weed alot harder, that does effect me. The marijuana advocates here in Georgia are about to give up.
This issue is more about the people who use weed to ease their pains. Then we have senators over here saying that there is no proof that weed has any medical benifits, what the ******** do these hick a** bitches know?! I'm really starting to hate the ******** government, I already hate cops and now these punk bitches are really trying the limits of my patience.

Technically, the government should have won like it did. The government has the power to overthrow any laws the states make, especially when they contradict federal laws already in effect. So, that really didn't even need to be taken to court.
However, that really wasn't necessary. Now they're just being dicks about it. People who normally spend their day in pain had one way out: pot. Well, not anymore. So, Senators, how have you managed wedge your heads that far up your asses?

I read that like, 11 states have decriminalized the posession of small amounts. The punishment is something like a ticket, where you just get a small fine. No jail time, no record.

No jail time, no record. yea usually if its under a certain amount of grams. otherwise if you are over the limit they consider it with intent to distribute... then you're ********.
