Im not sure if this belongs here, so if it needs to be moved, then go ahead.

Im just slightly worried about whats going on with my reproductive system. Im not afraid that I wont have children anymore, but theres the fact that I am in alot of pain and there is alot of blood. The exact location where the pain is where my left falopian tube is, and I am bleeding, even though I am not on my period at this time. It might be spotting because I am on the patch, but it being coupled with pain sorta worries me. I do have many ulcers, which causes more blood to come from scarry places, and my doctor said that my stomach was leaking acid onto my uterus, which was why my uterus was hurting back then. I do take medication to stop the over-production of acid, but that seems to be not working. The pain in my stomach and euterus have started to come back. Im sorry this seems quite long, but I am slightly worried, and I want many opinions before I check myself into the emergency room, because I am i between jobs at the moment, and I have no insuance.

yeah, if you have problems with ulcers and are gettings pains the medication doesn't seem to be helpping, I'd say it's worth checking into to make sure nothing is seriously wrong. If you or anybody you know knows any doctors on friendly terms, see if you could just ask them a few brief questions to asses if they think you should go get a real check-up or not.

I could always just give my doctor a call tomorow and just ask to talk to him over the phone. I wish there was just someone that knew all about medical problems that I could call. My doctor just treats me like another nameless patient. A bit impersonal. He makes me feel nervous...

If I had pain in a fallopian tube, and bleeding, I think my first thought would be that I could be having an ectopic pregnancy. Obviously I don't know if that's the case for you, but here's a list of symptoms for that just in case.
* vaginal spotting or bleeding
* dizziness or fainting (caused by blood loss)
* low blood pressure (also caused by blood loss)
* lower back pain

If you think that could be the case, you should go to the emergency room right now and don't even bother reading to the end of this post, cause it's very life-threatening. However, given your situation, and medical problems, I'm not sure what it could be. If the medications aren't working to keep the acid levels down, and it's already dripping into your uterus, I see no reason why it can't spread to other areas, which is surely also pretty serious. If I were you, I would go to the hospital and get checked out, and probably switch doctors. If he doesn't take a personal interest in your health, than he's not a good doctor.

Hmmmm... hard to say myself.... I know that the hormon in the patch or the pill or whatever other devices women have probably is causing the problem. So if I was you the best way to fix the problem is to stop doing the stuff that might be causing it..... people are brainwashed into thinking that the pill is the only form of contraseptive for females but it is not I know my mom talked about something called a diaphram? Anyway, yeah get off the pill and that should partially fix the problem.... I don't know though I am not a doctor.

The pill isn't only a good form of contraceptive... it also helps a lot of women with severe cramps. Frankly I've considered asking my doctor about it because I hate bowing before the toilet god wondering if I'm gonna toss my cookies.

Hon, I would get that checked out soon, doesn't sound good. gonk

Go to a free clinic or a doctor office with a sliding payscale, it's what I do!
You really should get that checked, the pin sounds lie your stomach is leaking again.

Go get it checked out, and get a new doctor. Doctors should care about you if they're considered YOUR doctor. And this doctor sounds all around bad just from what you said...I HATE doctors like that.

Go get it checked out. PRONTO. It may be an ectopic pregnancy, and if it is, you need to get to the hospital. The embryo will be removed, although the fallopian tube tissue will be damaged. The only thing this is supposed to affect is fertility, which really isn't that important.

If you don't, you could and probably would die.

If it isn't that, it could be a sign of some horrible life-threatening disease... like cancer. Either way, this is a serious problem and needs to have immediate medical attention.

Just to tell you guys, I will be going to planned parent hood tomorow. I also have some very bad news: My sister (18. she is younger than me. I am close to my 20th b-day) is pregnant and is going to keep it. stressed She isnt even married, and her boyfriend is my age.

aw crud. gonk I'm 18 and I can tell you that was a stupid move. Seriously, if you're going to be a breeder, WAIT UNTIL YOU CAN DO IT RIGHT. You should be financially stable, better educated, and read up on child psychology and all kinds of stuff ahead of time along with determining what kinds of things you should do promote an intellectually encouraging atmosphere.

I know. emo It's such a shame we're stuck in a system where the proportion of how incapable a person is in any and all aspects to provide what a child needs to flourish and grow into a good human being in any and all aspects, is proportionate to how likely they are to have children, and even possible how many kids too to make matters even worse.

oh... gonk ...I dont' know which situation is worse. the fact that you're dealing with both at once.... crying -big hug- In my opinion, what you're going through is alot braver than any pregnancy the breeders insist everyone must go through.
scream Damn breeders!

good luck with everything. here's a kitty to ease the pain :
