I've seen a couple of these and I finally found the website where you can make your own "On Notice" board, so I thought I'd share it with you guys.

There are a specific few college students that are on notice.
A lot of the college students in my town are real snobs and act really mean to everyone who lives there.
And I had a friend who went away to college this year and he won't right me a letter.
I'm sure you're fine, though. =D
