Welcome We here at EMR - would like to thank you for taking the time to stop by and check us out, as some of you may have realized this is a role-playing guild and as such we will provide for you various settings and styles of role playing here at EMR we are trying to build a better system of role players, maybe something a little less hierarchy styled?
What do we mean by that you might ask; My crew and I have been a part of many role plays, guilds, forums, sites, games and the list goes on but no matter where we role play there are always great divides between the "classes" of role players here at EMR we are trying to get rid of this occurrence we are trying to improve role-players not just the stories that we create this in turn will make better and more inventive stories more elaborately designed characters and back stories
In short here at EMR you will have access to resources like;
Character Creation Tips Back Story Builder Workshops Tips and Tricks to creating story building character flaws Character Flaws/Merits Defined Playing out Personality Flaws Role-playing alone
To name a few available topics of interest. I hope that you continue to take the time to look around the guild and if you deside to become a part of EMR just remember
Here at EMR we want to build "lit-Rp'ers" or as we call them here; Friends.
Thank you, Dorrian_Malcavalia

Newb, Semi-Literate, Literate
Ok I know that a lot of you already know what these things are but this is a Role-players guild. I have to tell everyone what they mean.
Newb: This style of Role-player is "New" and just as it sounds they are new to the game and new to the whole system of Role-playing, they usually will post a line or two, use chat speak and no punctuation or capitals. They will also use signs and things like that for their speech and thoughts, this is fine, just please stick to the beginners Role-plays until you do get better.
Semi-literate: This style of Role-player is the "Reader" and would be the people that know where their capitals go, where their periods should be and when they talk, know it's appropriate to use the quotations and spell check. They usually post 4-10 lines each post and are more descriptive in what they do.
Literate: This style of Role-player is the "story teller". They know that when they talk they should use quotations. Proper grammar is a must for them and all the little things like capitals and periods are like the icing on a cake. When they post it usually looks like something you would see in a book, lots of description and lots of thought goes into it. They usually post one to two paragraphs per post and they will always use a spell check and maybe even a grammar check. Scary thought eh?

Warnings
This is my least favorite part of being the owner of this guild I actually have to give out warnings and ban people or demote them either way it goes the warnings will work as follows
Not posting:
1. You will receive up to three warnings
2. After you get your warnings if it still persists I will put you on a one week probation to get it back together.
3. If it persists you will be ban
For Mods 1. If you are a mod you will receive one warning then if it persists you will be demoted.
Not Obeying My Rules or the rules of TOS:
1. For this you get one warning then you are ban I will not have that.
For Mods 1. You will be demoted no warning, as I expect you to set the example.
Not obeying the rules of a Role-play
1. Depending on the seriousness I will ban you [if you break TOS rules or mine.]
2. Other wise the creator of the Role-play will kick you from the Role-play
For Mods 1. You get one warning, then demoted.
