Welcome to the first anual Halloween Banner Contest!

n_n I don't have a lot to say, most of it said in my announcement in the main forum.

So lets just get to it!
~Rules
(To those participating)
-Koge Picture must be used for banner, it is after all the Pita Ten/Kamichama Karin Guild.
-Nothing inappropeit, you know what I mean. n_n;
(To those running the contest)
-A poll is to decide the winner of the contest
-Don't delete other users posts unless they break the MFR (Main Forum Rules for those who didn't know. n_n wink
(To Everyone)
Follow ToS and MfR, if anyone does not, you will be warned or banned from the guild, I do not tollerate any nonsence. n_n;

If you have any questions, ask a crew member or myself. I would like the banner to be aproximately 800x150 if you will. n_n

I will try to participate if I have the time, but Good luck to you all! And, happy soon Halloween everyone!

~Not including this contest, all the other contests run by the forum (other members can have contests too but they will host their own naturally, n_n) will be run by the forum NPC's.

Congradulations to kawaii_karin_koneko, for winning the Halloween Banner contest. n_n
It is a bit late to use her banner (its almost christmas now. =_=')
But your prise money will be sent to you ASAP.

Thank you Am-am, its much appreciated and I'll put it up. n_n And if no one else enters or votes.. then it'll be chosen out by default.. just because I hate the one I made. =/ And you're a way better graphics artist. n_n

Sorry for my absences. n_n; School is murder on me.
Anywho, I know this is late, but Karin-chan won! xD
Congrats.
Its obviously too late to use it now, but in the future, we will be using it. n_n

Thanks to everyone who participated.

This is the last contest that I will be holding, but our NPC's will be holding them too, I finally got some things to work for me so we may get our other NPC's sooner than expected.
