The ocean is about a miles walk from the temple. A steep cliff leads down from the forest to the beach. The beach itself is about a half-mile long. It never rains, snows, or becomes night so the sun is always shining. The clear blue waters strech on for as far as the eye can see, and the golden sands cover the beach. Fish, crabs, and oysters can be found in great abundance here.

YuYu comes here often because of it's constant weather and beautiful sunlight. She dresses in a lighter kimono and brings a boat with her to the dock and prepares to row herself out and read for a while.

Ka stepped off of the edge of the cliff and swooped down to the warm sands below. When she had landed the sand benith her blew up creating a circle of sand around her. As the sand slowly fluttered to the ground she stood up and closed her eyes. She took a deep breath, and reached towards the sun. The sun had always been kind to her. Its glow had always lit the darkness and replaced it with hope, her hope.

Delilah stood on the edge of the cliff, staring out over the sun dancing on the ocean. She hated this place. It was too light for her here. The only thing that had drawn her here was the smell of salt and the sound of the waves crashing against the cliffs. Salty wind blew her hair back and tugged on her clothing as her skirts whipped around her violently. Looking down she smiled as she thought about how fun it would be to lead an army over the edge of this spot...to watch them fall onto the jagged rocks below

When Ka opened her eyes she noticed a figure on the cliffs above her. She mearly smiled at the figure before stepping into the icy blue waters. She watched the white foam rise from the tops of the waves only to fall unto the golden sands that were so warm under her bare feet. She looked back at the figure, this time reconizing it as the goddess Delilah. She was puzzled weather she should go greet her or not for she had never met the goddess.

She looked down and noticed one of the others watching her. taking a few steps back, she vanished from the edge only to reappear a few seconds later. She was running toward the cliff, arms spread out wide as she leapt from the edge. Delilah could feel herself falling and it felt good. The ocean and rocks seemed to rush up to greet her before she vanished beneath the waves with a splash

She watched the act in amazement. It was rare to see such bravery, even in a goddess. Ka removed her gaze from where the goddess had jumped in and returned it to the waters. She moved in slowly until the waves lapped against her thighs and her wings were half soaked. She then dove benith the blue waters only to emerge seconds later for a breath of fresh air.

Delilah emerged only a few feet from where she hand entered, making her way to the shore. Her hair was plastered to ehr face and neck. Her dress tangled about her legs ans she walked farther out of the water. pressing her fingers against her cheek, she pulled it away and frowned at the thin line of blood that had formed. Brushing it away, she looked over at the other Goddess and sighed. "Better luck next time for me...."

She watched the blood trickle down Delilah's cheek. "You were trying to hurt yourself?" She swam towards Delilah. When she got closer she called out "Here, let me see your wound."

Delilah brushed her help off and kept walking. "It will heal itself...besides, nobody touches me and lives" She looked back at Hope and watched her move. She was very graceful in the water, almost as if she was born from it. Turning away once more, she made it to the shore.

Ka continued to move towards Delilah. "We are all sisters here," she called, "You need not be afraid of us." Ka finally emerged from the water. Her wings shook, and tiny droplets of water flew from them.
((born from the sea? Thats a good idea for my history.... mind if I steal it?))

She paused and balled up her fists. She knew that hope was right. Closing her eyes, she wrung some water from her sleeves and nodded. "Just make it quick. I don't enjoy being touched"

"Don't worry. It only takes a second." She approched Delilah until she stood about a foot away. Ka reached out and touched her cheek. Ka's fingers began to glow and the flesh moulded together until the cut was no more. She dropped her hands and said, "It is done."

She placed her hands on her face and rubbed gently. Looking over at Hope, she gave her a nod and began wringing out her clothing once more. She was never one for thank yous but she was not totally rude either. Standing a few minutes with her shoulders back, she sighed. "Thank you but there really was no need for it"

Hope smiled, and giggled a bit. "You're not one to thank people are you?" She turned back towards the ocean and was silent for a few seconds before adding, in a cheerful tone, "Your Welcome."
