Boys:
Kyouraku: Based on how they always get drunk together, I think. XD But since Kyouraku seems to have feelings for Nanao-chaaaan, it's unlikely.
Kira: Always getting drunk together... and that scene in episode 63... well... it's possible... :/
Iba: We dun know that much about him, except that he likes Matsumoto. We can't really make an accurate guess.
Shuuhei: Also getting drunk with Matsumoto! xD We also know that he likes Matsumoto, but not much else.
Hitsugaya: As explained in the Hitsugaya couple thread, she seems to have a more mother-like or sister-like relationship with him.
Renji: I've seen it... but they don't show much interaction in the series. :/ So I doubt it.
Ichimaru: WHOO FINALLY. This is probably the most likely. :3 We know Matsumoto has a history with Ichimaru, and that she worries about him.
"Gin... where are you trying to go?"
Also, there's -
"I wouldn't have minded being held a little longer."
In response to Matsumoto restraining him so he couldn't get away. Not to mention, the one time he smiles earnestly, it's to Matsumoto. :3
Girls:
Hinamori: I've seen it... probably sprouting from Hinamori's connection to Hitsugaya, and the fact that both of them were betrayed by a captain they love... so yeah.
Yachiru: ....really, really weird. o_o Where did THIS one come from? I dunno.
Nanao: They seem like they'd be friends but... nothing more.

When I seen 'IchiMatsu' I though Ichi mean Ichigo.
So I voted no, thinking 'What the ******** kind of couple is THAT?'
It wasn't until a few moments ago that I realized it meant Ichimura.
Then I screamed '******** lucky no one is home.

Edit: I read Fan Fics a lot, so I've seen a lot of couples, but one that really raised an eyebrow was MatsumotoxByakuya.

Gin x Matsumoto forever. Seriously. They have chemistry together and despite the fact that he's traitorous snake, I do believe in them.
I also like the thought of Hitsugaya with Matsumoto only because I read some really good fanfictions of them as a couple and have watched the series to know that with some hard work (pardon the irony on Matsumoto's part! lol), they could work out.
