What a great time to laze on the beach! The sea stroked the golden sands, the sky had exploded like a firework into a scene of firry reds, radiants purples and spicy oranges. The sunset was simply amazing. Joseph had chosen the ideal place to wtch it. He was sprawled across a sun lounger with a can of lemonade. His shirt removed so he could feel the cool air against his chest.

Later he planned to have a swim in that water. The salt water was great for the skin. Hopefully he was not too busy today. He was yet to glance at the timetable to see if he had any lessons. In fact he had not even bothered to enter the academy building yet. The outside gardens were a maze to explore in themselves.

He had noticed the rose garden, the lawns and the meditation gardens. He was impressed with it all. Even though he did not see a point in the meditation garden. People sitting around going 'ummm' sounded a pretty dull way to spend time. Still he was not one to criticise the pasttimes of others. He just believed that their pasttimes were not as exciting as his.

Joseph sat up and tied his t-shirt around his shoulders. The main body of it hung down his back. He had grown bored of the beach. No one else was out here and the place was too quiet. Seagulls were not great company. They walked in a constipated manner with those sinister sharp beaks and evil eyes. They made him feel uncomfortable.

The swim in the water would have to wait. The sea lounger was Abandoned. The only thing he left was a few footsteps in the sand.

He decided that it was time for some male bonding. He would head back to the dorm block kitchens and see if anyone was there. He wanted a friend to play soccer, swim with and play some tennis. He wanted it to be a guy since he believed that girls were rubbish at sports. They were only good at make up and clothes. Quite frankly, he did not care if this view was sexist. It would take a miracle to change his mind.

((Left for dorm kitchen.))
