I have ran a guild in the past. I would like to other you some advice. You have lots of characters and different ideas. It might be a good idea to set up a additional forum and have threads with descriptions so different rooms and area of the cult in it. For example if there is a private leaders meeting then that could be roleplayed in a office whilst some other roleplayers could roleplay there characters in the garden. Having one thread for all the roleplayers could end up being claustrophobic. I understand that running a guild is time consuming and hard work. I am willing to help anyway you like.

It might be a good idea to pm the other members of the drop when you are online. Then people know that their is someone to roleplay with.
