hahah lol, yeah i know what you mean,the problem for me is i want this a team effort,and some people just want others to tell them what to do-nods- like a robot,its easy that way ain't it,but thats why i chose the people in this guild because they had leadership quailties,its finding a way to bring that out in everyone that is the problem

I like taking a back seat because I am too lazy to do anything myself. But if you want leaders then you might have to look for others. I can lead but I just dont like to. -nods-
