How to go up in Rank

There are four things you can do to go up in rank

1. bring five new people into the guild

2. help someone in the guild who is total confused and they tell use how much of a help you where.
and

3. donate 10,000 gold to the guild

no you just have to do one of them and after about 10 crew then to become crew you would have to do 2 of them so at the moment just one of them
