History
Jeanne had been known by the teachers in school as the Model Student, and as the dorky bookworm by the students. She was a member of the book club, the debate team, the newspaper, and the literary magazine all through her high school carreer. Now her dream is to go to college and become a librarian.
Family
Jeanne knows almost nothing about her mother because her mother and father divorced when she was two. All she knew was that her mother was now with a juggling troupe that travels all over the states. Her mother did send her the devil sticks that she now has mastered.
Her father was much closer with her. A college professor of advanced literature, he is the reason she is a bibliophile today. He was rather hard on his daughter when it comes to grades, but she loved him all the same and realized it was for her own good.
She also has a younger stepbrother on her mother’s side that will visit sometimes showing Jeanne videos of the troupe. He normally comes around when her father is not around, though, because he does not approve of his ex-wife’s activities.
Arrival
Two words describe the exact reason Jeanne decided to come to Cape Fear: Senior week. She came up to the area to be far away from the assholes in her school and have a quiet week of reading and meditation. The rest is history from there…

Well, last night I had to go down the road to another cabin to tell the kid to turn his music down. His name is Glaucus, and he seems nice enough. He's going to borrow a book of mine.

I met a man named Jaime Santos today in the check-out counter. He was very nice and liked dogs. We had a good conversation before going our own ways.

People I met:
