I need some tips from the people who've been around the exchange for a long time.
first, should I invest in donation items around the fall and winter months?
second, how many of the current sealed letters would be worth an angelic scarf? I am thinking of trading my scarf off. I want to know an amount that is reasonble but it has a buffer zone just in case the items flop so that I can get my scarf back.
yeah, any suggestions would help.

I really want the scarf.but I only got 2 sealed envelopes.any thing else you want and are you comming to my wedding?

Well probably about 18-20 letters equates to an angelic scarf, it all depends on how you value the letters and the scarf. There is a pitfall with that, in that the maximum item trade at any one time is 12 items. So that would have to be a double bank deal and who are you going to trust to give you the rest of the letters?
Another thing about investing in sealed letters is that they are sealed, I mean, you don't know what is in them. What if you get an item like pj's? Although the price might go up a little bit, you might be best advised to get them after the 25th when you know what is in them.

Yep shes right. I would more invest in every months worth of sealed envelopes, June seems to be a good one dont miss that months next year. But yes about 20 letters for the scarf.

oh I didn't know about the 12 item limit xp I should really start reading stickies instead of scanning.
anyways, I don't really want to wait till the items are released because then people get really psychotic with their prices. One thread sells for 3k (last time I saw a girl sell about 50 for less than 2k) and another sells for 5k. But then again seems like yah know what you're doing so sure. I'll be sure to donate to gaia next month so I can avoid putting my items and gold in jeopardy.
