Cheryll sat cross-legged in one of the seats, clip board on her lap, pen in hand. She scribbled away, humming a little diddy she had heard coming from the music room on her way to the drama room. Artemis should be coming in soon...

Artemis knocked gently on the door. "Miss Beauderre?" she asked, tossing her hair back and peering into the room.

Cheryll heard the light knock on the large, metal double doors at the top of the stairs. She looked up the rows of seats and saw Artemis standing there, and waved her in, "Come on down, Artemis."

Artemis stepped into the room and closed the door behind her. In the silence, the door was uncomfortably loud. She slowly walked down the stairs until she was on last step, where she stood uncomfortably. Her hair had fallen over her face again, and she tossed her head to move it.

"Welcome to the drama room. Now, I've heard from your teachers that you're good with electronics and whatnot. I think I might have a job for you, if you're interested." Cheryll said, steepling her fingers.

Artemis felt relieved that this was all Miss Beauderre wanted. She had thought it might have been something worse .. although, why else would the drama teacher want to see her?
She nodded. "What is it?"

"I was wondering if you'd like to consider working as a techy? You know, working the lights, the sound and music if needed. There are a few perks to the job, too."

"A few perks?" she repeated. She wanted to know what these perks were. The job would be okay, it would give her something to do, other than wander the streets thinking after school.

"I'm in!" Artemis replied quickly. Discounts at electronic stores was a good perk. Give her somethig to do, discounts .. it was all good.

Cheryll clasped her hands together and smiled, saying, "Perfect! I'll get your Company Member card printed up, and you'll get your nametag...next meeting I'd say. All techies wear black bottoms, black top, black sandals or black dress shoes and a nametag during shows, even if you're up in the soundbooth. You may have to come down and re-align a mic or work on something back stage."

Charlotte, or Char, entered the auditorium looking relativly frazzled for her. She was on the phone and though she had a bag, held her purse, keys and phone in one hand - Her phone to her ear as she spoke to someone. Her other had her bag, a large slushy ice drink and a small brown bag. She raised a hand in greeting to Cheryll making her way to the nearest seat, starting to sort her stuff out while holding a conversation.
When the conversation ended she put the phone in her bag and got up wandering down to Cheryll now only carrying her bag, the small bbrown bag and her large drink, sipping it as she walked. "Hey..." She said upon reaching them.

"They're on Fridays and Mondays." Cheryll said to Artemis, before scribbling something on her clipboard, saying, "Hey Char. You're looking busy."
