Has n-e-1 ever gotten seriously hurt in a horse related accedent??
I have had my horse slip and fall and she rolled over me and crushed some bones in my ankel and broke all but one of my ribs. I was in the hospital for almost 2weeks.

Thankfully both times I have fallen off a horse I have survived, but I was close to having one once, because a horse spooked at a tractor.

I've lost track of how many times I've fallen, but some stick out really well. Usually the ones where I got the worst injuries.
The time I was tossed by the two year old I was training. I couldn't ride for two weeks because my ribs were too badly bruised. My horse tossed me on my head at least twice. There was the trail ride where my horse flipped out, tossed me, then stood on me. The time the horse I was training reared up and knocked me in the head with his knee. That one knocked me out, I am so lucky that he didn't kill me. I've been in loads of horse accidents. Those are just the tip of the iceburg.

not really, but once they thought i had coz i landed on my back just landing from a jump and i couldn't move which was prety scary, but then after a few minutes i sterted to be able to move and managed to get back on but i was s******g myself!

I hav, iv gotten struck out at by a horse and got 4 stitches, iv had a horse fall on me, throw me into a jump, and i just recently recovered from a broken foot from when i horse that i was taking up in his stall started rearing and freaking out and stepped on my foot and broke it.

Actually now that I think of it...the worst I ever had was when Willy (a horse I used to ride) tried to attack another one while I was riding him. I fell off and was lucky he didn't smash me. burning_eyes

i hav fallen of a lot of times, but i haven't had any really bad ones. the worst one must be the time the horse threw me off right after a jump, I fainted in 5 min. or something. and i had a small head injury (shaken brain, dunno what its called in englsih)

The worst was I bruised my ankle because it didn't fall out the stirrup when I fell off also when the pony I was riding tossed me off and then bucked and landed on my leg, it didn't break luckily but I've got a scar and it was badly swollen and bruised for about a week after. I rode but painfully after both incidents.
