Heh even though it didn't have subtitles yes I saw the Death Note anime on youtube and I must say great stuff. Anyone else see the raw episode? domokun

I didn't watch the episode, but I saw the opening and ending vids. I can't say that I'm too interested in watching DN, but I guess I'll give it a try. ^^

I'm all over it. I only have a basic understanding of what they're saying 'cause I'm not fluent in Japanese... but still. I love the result of the anime.

Yeah they kind of went a** backwards with Death Note with the live action movies being second and the anime being third. XD

the anime was ok but the voice for ryuk wasn't quite expected
but it was all right i give it 3 1/2 stars

I'm probably wrong but I'm thinking Ryuk's voice actor is the same who did Gold Roger from One Piece cause everytime I hear him talk I think of One Piece for some reason. XD

Hopefully, there will be no English cast. I can't help but feel that it will ruin the Anime. It ruins almost every other one... not every, mind you, but most. So. Tis all I can say.

The deathnote anime was really awesome. Top knotch animation. quality. good voice actors, and holds promise. I hope it can go through the enitire series on that same budget!

From what I've seen of the first two eps subbed(Downloading Raw Ep3 atm); I must say that the anime is EXTREMLY good.

-Very good Opening and Endings
-Very good Voice Acting(Though Ryuuk is not what I expected and there's something I don't like about Sayu...)
-Art is quite true to the manga
And the thing that makes this anime made of pure win...

The anime seems quite promising and looks to be good. Too bad if they decide to anime Part 2 though...

I just finished the manga, which was probably the most reading Ive done in my entire life, so I'm kinda full on Death Note. @_@

I recommend you read/watch more. Its a great series and turning out to be an amazing anime.
