All right. Well, I did most of the welcoming in the guild summary, and you all know I'm glad to see you, so I'll just move on to the rules. And I'm not just going to conveniently number them for you, so that you don't skip the first sentence, because I hate it when people skip the first bit to get to the good part. It's like eating a s'more without toasting the marshmallow!
But, I digress. Don't plagiarize, because that is just a rule of society, and wouldn't you hate it if you came up wit a multi-million dollar story, and then someone stole it and became richer than J.K. Rowling? If you don't know what plagiarism is, I am seriously dissapointed in you. If you are going to post anything by anyone else at all, put it in that cute little quote box. And make sure you add their name. That's pretty important. Speaking of quotes, quote pyramids annoy the hell out of me. No more than three quotes one after another in a post. Got it? If you don't follow this rule, I will edit your post and make it so. Do it more than three times and I will write in that I edited it so all the world can see.
Another thing that annoys me is bad grammar. I also hate bad spelling. You are expected to be literate here. If you disobey this rule, I, or one of my cronies- oops, I mean crew!- will do the same thing outlined in the rule before this.
Okay, now for the Writer-ish stuff. I already said no plagiarism, but I'm saying it again, just to annoy you. Respect other writers, follow the golden rule, blah blah blah. Critisicism must be constructive. Give examples; it makes it so much easier for people to get what you're saying.
By the way, it would be easiest if you made your own thread and posted all of your writings in it, so we don't have an unorganized mess of string all over the place.
One last thing, just for fun. I am a supreme spelling and grammar stickler. When I make a mistake that I forget to fix, or *gasp!* don't notice, point it out. I will count up who corrected me the most times, and they'll get a prize for it. Watch out for misplaced modifiers; I'm horrible when it comes to those.
(By the way, my habit of adding "ness" to random words does not count!)

That was actually the original idea for the roleplay.

Question! ninja sweatdrop Are we allowed to post fanfic as long as it meets all the rules? I want to post it on here before fanfiction.net so I don't embarass myself... again.
