Well, for one, I'd just like to say...welcome to Arkham. If you're making an appointment, I hope I can help you out. And if you're staying...well, I hope your stay is...for the better, if you get my meaning.

Crane had fallen asleep at his desk, glasses askew on his nose. All that could be heard was his soft breathing.

"what an assignment , oh I've gotta thank Robin for giving this one up," batgirl paused..."nya why should i,"
she snickered and sauntered up the stares that led to Dr. Cranes Office.

In her experiance Batgirl had done very few undercover work for the Bats, but she had never expected Robin to be so willing to hand over this job, "guess he just wasn't feel'n his wheaty's," she smirked.

Finaly at the right door, Batgirl straightened her black and white striped shirt and ajusted the long chain that connected her baggy black pants with her spiked belt,
"hope this looks punk enough," she mused and nocked sloppily on the door before giving it a shove and poking her head in.

"hey, ya excuse me, or somethin- I'm here for ya know the 23 hours of community service i owe...they told me to come up here soooo ya." she sighed and flicked a strand of blue-black hair out of her eyes.

Crane looked suddenly alert. Straightening his glasses and smoothing his hair back, he stood and crossed the room to where the two girls stood.

"Ah, yes...I've heard about you." A strange look crossed his face as he regarded Batgirl. "Still, I must admit I was under the impression that our part-time employee was...well, male."

Batgirl gave an exaggerated sigh and slumped against the wall folding her arms, allthough her heart was thumping like crazy.

"Look I didn't set this up, sum jurk said the kid bailed out on sum sorta lame excuse that they bought down there so, they sent me up, ya happy now?"

Batgirl felt a thrill as it seemed her disguise and such was working well, although she had felt quite nervouse remembering everything for her fake bio.

Crane seemed to think along the same lines as his 'daughter', because his eye twitched for a brief second.

"W-well..." he began. "I suppose you can start easy...just go down to the multiple personality ward."

When he got a blank look in return, Crane sighed.

Dissociation is a demonstrable psychiatric condition that is tied to several different disorders, specifically those involving early childhood trauma and anxiety, and multiple personality remains controversial. Despite the controversy, many mental health institutes, such as Arkham, have wards specifically designated for dissociative identity disorder. So go there."

As if just noticing her for the first time, Crane's eyebrows raised slightly. "Oh, good morning, Keira."

A small grin appearing on his face, Crane let out a small laugh. "No, I believe you'll find out what you'll be doing when you get down there. Just ask Robbie, he'll tell you. It's down the hall, to the right...down the stairs, three floors down."
