If so, what's your usual routine?
I'm curious to see how many people here actually want to be in shape, and who don't give a damn.

I do some times, but most of the time my work is my work out. I just mostly walk on the tredmile and do the arm thing. The one where you pull your arms forward when they are sideways. I was thinking about going to the gym but not doing the arm thing because I think I pulled a muscle in my arm.

I don't work out, and I'm never really down about how much I weigh or my muscles or stuff like that. I pretty much like me. My mom on the other hand keeps mentioning we should all join a gym as a family and start working out. So far it's all hot air, seeing as she works out in some class.

I doubt you pulled a muscle, it's probably just burning from the workout. And, for the record, you're a pansy if it bothers you that much to stop you from working out. My entire chest, biceps, triceps, shoulders, stomach and thighs hurt from working out, but I'm doing it up until tomorrow, when I take a break for the weekend.

It's good to be happy with yourself, but it's also good to be healthy.

I used to often. However within the past year my health has prevented a good deal of what I did.
I plan to get back to it though.

I plan to get back to it though. May I ask what the complications were? I used to play Volleyball, Soccer, and Softball. I was so rough, being the only girl, that I hurt myself a lot. As well as my blading. I have broken each ankle and both wrists often. So now they are rather weak.
As well I have a low immune system, and had been on and off ill this year thru the first few months.

I was worse in Volleyball then anything else. We play on Asphalt, too, not sand. I ripped up my knees and arms.
Ouch.

I don't get a ton of excersize, nor do I 'work out', well what I mean is that I never really go to take the extra mile to get fit. Although I suppose I should, afterall I want to burn off all the fat I gained over summer and gain a toned stomach.
I consider myself chubby, but a lot fo the people I know think I'm anorexic which bugs the hell out of me. Just because I'm not as 'big' as them, doesn't mean I have an eating disorder.
