Why?
Simply, what are the Order of Heroes? And what purpose would an alliance be with them?

The Order of Heroes is an order that have pledged themselves to the good of gaia. We are brand new and would like an alliance with this Order. We blelieve that our two guilds (with the Gaian Military) will be an unstoppable alliance. helping eachother when we need it and returning the favor will keep us friends. And the Order of Heroes is currently at "war" with another army and beleive that allies with help out alot!

Wait one moment? He does realize that this guild is a purely political guild right? It has no real control over the members inside.

Yeah, we're not an army, we're not even an alliance.... we're a group of people that own armies.
Didn't even think about that Doomshot, I'm starting to doubt that this guild is even still alive.
We're still here everyone, but perhaps this is the fault of everyone.
I run the guild, and try to keep it active, but it seems that I end up failing in coming up with new ideas.... it would be nice if people would help me out.

True... I suppose this guild was doomed to failure from its begining. It was fun while everyone was having fun in it. But most people just joined and did nothing, when I tried to set up some other parts of the OGC, the tournament being scheduled for one.... only two armies actually were ready for it, one of which no longer is part of the OGC.

People are settling arguments more and more by themseles these days...and they are horrible negotiators....and they wirte HORRIBLE, PATHETIC excuses for treaties,surrenders, and alliances!! Loop-holes around treaty itself.... Best part is the other person doesn't call them on it...or take atvangate of it...at all xp

Then nobody actually does anything regarding the Order of Gaian Commanders.... it's really quite dissapointing.

Prawl People all tend to think this is a great guild, people are excited about it and people are all ready to make it work. Then nobody actually does anything regarding the Order of Gaian Commanders.... it's really quite dissapointing. I couldn't have said it better myself. My idea is to search the O/M for disputes and take care of them there. You will, most of the time, probably get flamed and yelled at for jumping in, but whatever. Here is an idea though: Dreate a thread in the O/M like Leon James did. US, Italy, Russia, etc. Except make it be NATO. Then you will be able to roleplay with that whole group and when something arises, send the a link to this guild of negoiations. All people in this guild are part of the committee, etc. Once completed, if they are eligable, ask if they want to become part of the committee. If they don't or you don't ask, boot them withthe report of what happened. If you decide to do this, I would like to be a member of the committee. Also, if you do that. Have all committte members on crew status and create a committee discussion thread so we can talk in private, like deliberations.

That's actually a really good idea, unfortunatly I doubt that my ADD will allow me to keep in a thread such as that and try to keep things updated on my own.
If I do make such a thread, I don't want to be the only person, "In charge", as it seems to have turned out here. I'd prefer it be run by a group of people, or at least a crew of people under me, if nobody else wants to rise up and get on my "level"
It's really wierd to get put into a group of people that all have earned the same respect that I have, and then have them look up to me, almost as a leader....
Just strange, then I'm supposed to keep everyone entertained, and it jsut doesn't work.

Be Vice-Chairman of the Board or whatever. Hell, I'll be new recruit to the board! LOL.
