I don't have the time or energy for a full bio right now, but I'll go with full lineup.

Current Members:

Jerry Cantrell - vocals/guitar - 1987-present
Sean Kinney - drums - 1987-present
Mike Inez - bass - 1992-present
William Duvall - vocals - 2006-present

That should do for now. In case you couldn't tell...I'm a big fan. xd

Hmm, this is the band that changed my life forever. Every song they have is golden... AIC has the midas touch, I swear. Anyways, Man in the Box changed the way I looked at music, and I decided that all other music was not sludgy enough for me. So I started to delve deeper into the band and discovered that they had mastered all the mediums of rock but still did it different. For the softer acoustic side, "Brother" always has me mellowed out and wanting more heh. Then you have the middle with such songs as "Junkhead" and "What the Hell Have I?"... Always a real fun listen and it never gets old. For the darker and harder side of AIC I always hit back to "Sickman" or "Man In The Box" makes me want to beat the crap out of someone. So yeah... Go Alice In Chains.

Oh, yeah, forgot one. The Essential Alice in Chains came out last month.

However, I already have all the stuff on the album, so I only need it when the time comes for discography completion.

And yeah...Alice in Chains is pretty much life. Grunge is life.

I've got the Best of the box CD and its pretty good. The first AIC song I listened to was would, from the bass line which was pretty wicked xd . And the rest is history....

AIC is without a doubt my favorite band. Yet I am still on the hunt for all their albums, I have a lot of them already. My favorites are Jar of Flies and self titled, a.k.a. "Tripod."
