Have you ever noticed in Kappa Mikey that there are characters in the backround or characters they meet that look like other popular anime characters?

So far, I've seen Dr. Takashi Katashi (Naruto/Pokemon), Cosplayer Zangief (Street Fighter), Shampoo and Rei (Ranma 1/2 and EVA), Dr. Egor (Trigun's Vash) and The Cat Burgular (Lupin the 3rd).
I'm sure that there are more that I haven't noticed.

I've seen someone that looks like Chi (Chobits), Puchiko (Di Gi Charat), and Ed (FMA). I'm sure theres more.
