My favorite style is gaps and distance jumping, and bar balance also height its so much freeking fun to jump just massive gaps and jumping from like hand rails to other rails and stuff.

I've seen parkour and I love it. It's a great way so see acrobatic, and artistic ways to get anywhere just by using your body.

I wish I could do that.

Great job on the wall spins, I haven't tried them yet, I'm trying to nail my basics first. I think you should try to learn to roll properlly next smile

Ya im thinking of rolling but its the fact i do lots of massive gaps and usually air run so when i hit i just run staight off the landing i really dont even suck up the shock just gane more speed from it and continue running

That's okay in most situations, rolling's basicly for deep drops, like jumping off of buildings. It's still usefull for gap jumps because if you just run out of them you may eventually gain long term damage to your ankles and knees, although minor. Sort of like how bboys and bgirls have to take breaks every now and then because of the stress put on their joints, only to a greater extend.

Of coarse, it depends on drop on the jump, the length, the speed you're travalling, your muscles and bones, etc.

Peace out,
~KT

It's hella fun just jumping an dclimbing on stuff, but the vids of the really good guys are insane. Parkour and Trails mountain biking is the best stuff to watch!

I've been doing PK for about 5 or 6 months now, off and on, about once every two weeks. Look up Silent Motion, it's the Devon PK network. I'm not really part of it, but this guy, Dom, was in Jump Britain. Usually I do it around town or campus in Exeter with my uni buddies, but we had Dom up with some friends of his from Ex one time for a jam. T'was good. Haven't done it in so long now, months. Just been a lot of uni work on my plate. Usually go out on Sundays.
