The address is kinda self explanatory. If you love flash videos, this is by far the easiest utility I've found to save them. Just right click and save like a normal file.
To my knowledge, though, it only works with IE, but I'm probably mistaken...
Edit: This totally wasn't an excuse for that poll. I swear.
