Hi! You all know me I'm sure, youve seen me around in book/anime/gaming guilds and threads.
Anyway this is a DESPERATE Plea to anyone who has access to the physical dragonlance books and would like them accessible to the poor, wretched souls who cannot aford to buy them and must wait months on the local libaries waiting list! (I.E. Me!!!!)
Anyway, I have found a site to read many, NOT ALL, but many of the Dragonlance books online.
How ever, the website was made a couple years ago and while several come to read the texts, no one will take it upon themselves to edit the texts, even just a portion of it. I dont own any of the books and there fore cannot do it.
Anyway, if anyone is interested in helping, (it is mostly minor work, deleting duplicate scenes and filling in the blanks in some cases, putting a paragraph in its proper place.) Please reply or PM me, or reach me in my Yahoo mail, same name as here, "Chibiminshiy@yahoo.com" then i can give you the link to the website or send you the text.
I especially need help with The Soulforge!!!! Please there is a scene missing that I would like to read!!!

I'm sorry, but I only own half the books myself. ^_^ Chronicles 1&2, LEdgends 1&2, and Soulforge and Brothers at arms. ^_^

Bob_Henry I'm sorry, but I only own half the books myself. ^_^ Chronicles 1&2, LEdgends 1&2, and Soulforge and Brothers at arms. ^_^ Then cold you please type up-verbatim-a scene from the soulforge for me. My library doesn't have the book and the audio cassetes did not work at all!!! I need to read the scene please, If you type it up I will edit into the document myself

You are aware that falls under the category of "unauthorized duplication" which is a violation of copyright laws right?
Thats a fineable offense. Make sure you have the permission of the authors before doing something like that.

Make sure you have the permission of the authors before doing something like that. Its not my site and I have'nt posted anything on it. I will however tell the sites creator. I'm sure that he or she will care so much they will take down the site that they spent three years building... People have been doing this crap for about 6 years now and I doubt any of them care.

People have been doing this crap for about 6 years now and I doubt any of them care. lol. I would flame you right now, but I don't feel like it and I'm being kinda lazy right now. Yeah. I'd also cast a spell on you, but then I'd have to go get the books, because I can't remember any spells right now...except Shirak, but that won't help, and I'm not even the one with the Staff *cough* your cue, Raist *cough*, so yeah...ranting now...w00t for ranting!
