This is the race at Monza at 1978, which lead to the death of the "Super Swede" Ronnie Peterson, who was driving on Lotus team back then.

Yeah. It was the fault of the people who were responsible of the lights. I heard that Riccardo Patrese who bumped into James Hunt was sued to court for manslaugter, because for everyone he obviously caused the accident.
